It was pleasure working with Karen. We were first time home buyer & she was very helpful during the entire process & gave us the right advise on all our questions. It was our first house we were bidding on & she worked with our agent to get closing reduced to 21 days from 28 which really made our offer competitive. We did not even have an underwriting done so closing in 21 days was most amazing service we can ever imagine. I would totally recommend PHM & Karen if you are looking to close on a house.

Karen saved the day! Our previous lender made a last minute change causing us to look for a new lender 4 days into our 21 day escrow. We had a somewhat unique lending situation but, unlike many of the other mortgage providers we spoke with during our loan search, Karen was able to quickly come up with a solution that worked perfectly for us.
